SHIPPING POLICY
Orders that are PRE-ORDERS are processed within 2-3 business days before being shipped to prevent fraud activity.
PRE-ORDERS are shipped from our international warehouse via FedEx or DHL and an Adult Signature is required to retrieve package.
For Orders Purchased From "HAIR ON HAND" Inventory, there are no processing time. Products Will Be Shipped from Houston, TX SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY via USPS and an Adult Signature is required to retrieve package..
Shipping Options & Time Frame:
-Express/Overnight Shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days to receive hair. (Valid For Hair On Hand Category Only, Not Pre-Orders)
-Houston/Greater Houston Area Shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days to receive hair.
-Preferred Shipping To ALL Other States Shipping take approximately 3-5 business days to receive hair.
-Standard Shipping To ALL Other States Shipping take approximately 6-9 business days to receive hair.
International shipping items are shipped via Fedex or UPS and takes approximately 4-7 business days.
Any COLORED/CUSTOM COLORED HAIR MAY TAKE LONGER (approximately 2-3 days additional to shipping time).
Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase. During MAJOR HOLIDAYS, PROCESSING AND SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER.
Hair Of Paradise LLC isn’t responsible for any lost or stolen items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Hair Of Paradise LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that state it have been delivered or listed as untraceable.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
All Sales Are FINAL. NO RETURNS on items for a REFUND. All sales are final! NO EXCEPTIONS! We do accept EXCHANGES under certain/rare circumstances, which is IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING PROCESS. The item purchased must be in its original state and NOT COMPROMISED in ANY way. This includes, no combing, no washing, no brushing or coloring the hair that you would like to exchange. Must request an exchange within 2 days of ORDER BEING DELIVERED via email and get approved.

Under certain/rare circumstances, a refund is issued (up to the owner) it will be minus shipping cost!
